Hotel description

The residence is a well equipped structure located in the middle of an olive grove. At the end of this centenary natural environment there is a beautiful pebble beach close to an eucalyptus wood. The 116 buildings belonging to the residence were built in exact style of the regional one or two floor houses of the area. The beach is 600 metres from the residence and it is reachable by walk through a nice path. Deck chairs and beach umbrellas provided, subject to availability.

Hotel information

The residence is situated in the middle of a centenary olive grove and is ideal for a relaxing or active family holiday. The hotel offers a mini-club for children, aged 4 to 11 years, and a Junior Club for children aged 12 to 17 years. The hotel is fully-equipped for disabled guests. Please inform the hotel when you are booking if you require a disabled room. For arrivals outside the opening hours, please inform reception.

Payment Information: A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment to be paid in cash, by cheque or by credit card is to be paid upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of the stay. Additional Costs: Access to the sport activities and Mini Club at the Tessera Club (compulsory): EUR 35 per person per week. Access is free for children under 4 years.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 17.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
